It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 4-6 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes! Xblock offers free international delivery on all orders through premium couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and more.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from when you placed your order or 7 days from when you receive the parcel, whichever is longer. If you wish to return an order, please contact us, and we will provide you with the return details.

You get to assemble this model yourself from scratch. All of the required parts are included.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by missing or defective pieces in your Xblock set. Although it’s rare, we want to make sure you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you find any missing or defective pieces, please follow these steps:

1. Check your entire set thoroughly.
2. If you’re sure pieces are missing or defective, take screenshots of the instructions and mark the specific pieces that are problematic or needed.
3. Email the images, along with your order number, to xblockinfo@gmail.com.

This will help us address the issue quickly and get you the replacement pieces you need. We’ll investigate and resolve the matter promptly so you can complete your build.
